Effective 2026. By accessing Financial Uplift Guide services, you agree to the following terms governing loans, insurance, investments, payments, and advisory engagements.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction to open an account, apply for credit, purchase insurance, or execute investment transactions through our platform. Joint accounts require all parties to meet these criteria.
All loan approvals β personal, home, mortgage, education, business, and auto β are subject to creditworthiness assessment, income verification, and debt-to-income evaluation. Approved rates, amounts, and terms are disclosed in your final loan agreement and may differ from initial estimates.
Investment products including mutual funds, equities, gold, and managed portfolios involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not provide tax or legal advice; consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.
Coverage across auto, health, home, life, mortgage, business, burial, pet, and travel insurance is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and deductibles of each specific policy. Financial Uplift Guide acts as a licensed broker and is not the underwriter of the policies sold.
Home and auto warranty plans are service contracts β not insurance policies β limited to the components, systems, and items explicitly listed in your specific plan document. Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage, and items outside the contract scope are excluded from coverage.
Credit card, debit card, mobile wallet, P2P transfer, payment gateway, and bill payment services are subject to transaction limits, fee schedules, and acceptable-use policies published in your account dashboard. Unauthorized transactions must be reported within 60 days for zero-liability protection.
Discretionary and advisory wealth management engagements β including investment management, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, tax optimization, and education planning β are governed by a separate advisory agreement disclosing fees, scope, and fiduciary obligations.
Loan APRs, investment expense ratios, insurance premiums, payment processing fees, and advisory management fees are disclosed in writing prior to execution. Financial Uplift Guide does not charge hidden fees; any fee not disclosed in your agreement may be disputed through our resolution process.
Borrowing, investing, and insuring all carry financial risk. Variable-rate loans can rise; investment portfolios can decline; insurance policies contain exclusions and deductibles. You are responsible for reviewing all product documentation and assessing suitability before transacting.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Financial Uplift Guide in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to update product offerings, fee schedules, interest rates, underwriting criteria, and these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated at least 14 days in advance through your registered communication channel.
You agree not to use Financial Uplift Guide services for fraudulent, unlawful, or money-laundering purposes, nor to misrepresent financial information on applications. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, transaction reversal, and referral to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
